Returns and Refunds

I want to return my item, what do I do?
We have a very painless return process where the shipping label is prepaid for you.

You are welcome to receive a full refund on unused non-defective items and used or unused defective items, but please do email us at info@ellipsisbrands.com stating the reason why you are returning the item(s) before they are returned.

The return process is as follows;

Once on the page, click “box/bag” then “yes” kindly add in your address then click “make your label”

If you do not have access to a printer, please ask at your local post office to print this for you.

International: please contact info@ellipsisbrands.com for any international returns and we will direct you to the most suitable return method. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way able to refund used goods that are not defective. Please keep each product in its undamaged packaging (unless defective) if you wish to return it. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the products we sell it’s very simple to tell if a product has been used. Please respect our policies and we will always do our best to resolve any problem or issue you have with your product.

Furthermore, if your item was purchased on Amazon, then please contact us through Amazon's Messaging Service to arrange your return/refund. We are unable to handle and process returns for products purchased via Amazon unless you contact us through the Amazon interface.
