Due to ongoing delays with both domestic and international shipping services we recommend you purchase any Christmas gifts as soon as possible for the best chance of arrival before 25th December.
We will attempt to deliver all domestic orders placed before 12pm on Friday 18th December before Christmas Day, however we cannot guarantee their timely arrival. Our warehouse will continue shipping orders up until 23rd December, and any other orders placed over the Christmas period will be shipped from the 29th December onwards.
For international orders, please leave as much time as possible for you order to arrive, as international delivery delays are ongoing and we cannot track your parcel once it has left the UK.

How much does UK shipping cost?
We offer £1.99 standard UK shipping on all orders under £15.
You will receive free shipping when you spend £15.
If you need to receive your order as soon as possible, we also offer next day delivery, at a charge of £8. Orders placed with next day delivery must be placed before 1pm to guarantee arrival.
COVID-19 and deliveries.
Your order will be dispatched from Q+A within the normal time frame of 48 hours, however carriers like Royal Mail may suffer with delays from reduced staffing, and high demand. Allow 2-5 days longer than normal for your delivery should it be delayed, especially if you are ordering from outside of the UK.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders should be dispatched within 1 business day and then delivered between 1-3 business days. So all in all, as quick as possible! Please use the tracking number sent in your despatch email to track your order. Please note our standard service is untrackable until delivery is attempted by Royal Mail.

What if I need my order tomorrow?
Choose next day delivery at the checkout if you need your order as soon as possible! DPD Next Day Guaranteed delivery is charged at £8. Orders placed with next day delivery must be placed before 1pm to guarantee arrival.

Our standard rate for EU shipping is £5, please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Our standard rate for rest of the world shipping is £10. This includes shipping to the USA.
Can I send parts of my order to a different address?
Unfortunately, if you wish to do this, you will simply have to place separate orders.

I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
Please contact Q+A directly for orders placed at qandaskin.com. If you ordered through one of our stockists, please contact their support team. But please remember, all orders are processed Monday through till Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
I want to return my item, what do I do?
You will receive a full refund on unused non-defective items and used or unused defective items, but please do email us at stating the reason why you are returning the item(s), or we may be unable to process your return.
