UK Shipping:

We offer three shipping methods at Q+A: Super Saver Delivery, £2.50 (3-5 working days) Standard Shipping, £3.50 (1-3 working days) Fast-Tracked Shipping, £4.99 (1-2 working days) Please note, Fast-Tracked Shipping is not a guaranteed next-day service. We offer Standard Shipping FREE on all orders over £20.  

Orders are shipped from our Norfolk based warehouse, Monday to Friday all year round, excluding bank holidays. After your order is fulfilled by Team Q+A, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcels journey. Please note our Super Saver and Standard Service is untrackable until delivery is attempted by Royal Mail.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping time varies depending on the service you select.

Most orders placed with us will be with you within 2-3 business days but we need to account for busy periods and postal service delays from time-to-time (you can visit the Royal Mail website to check for any service disruptions). If you have selected Super Saver Delivery, or Standard Shipping please sit tight and allow up to 7 working days after fulfilment for your order to arrive. If you’re feeling restless then don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.


Can I send parts of my order to a different address?
Unfortunately we do not offer split-shipping at this time. If you wish to do this, you will have to place two separate orders.


When will my order be sent?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday all year round, excluding bank holidays.


Do you ship to international destinations?

You can shop Q+A at our UK, AU and USA storefronts.

Unfortunately, shipping to Europe and ROW is currently paused. We’re looking to resolve this issue, but in the meantime, take a look at our stockists page here to shop with one of our global retailers.

How do I receive Free Delivery offers and other promotions?

We offer Standard Shipping FREE on all orders over £20. Sign up to the mailing list on our home page or simply follow one of our social media accounts to stay tuned in with promotions.


I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?

Missing your parcel? Please sit tight and allow up to 7 working days after fulfilment for your order to arrive before contacting our support team. Once 7 working days have passed, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at

My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received it yet?

We're sorry to hear that your parcel is missing! Please contact with your order and tracking number within 30 days of delivery date, and we will take a look into this for you.


I want to return my item, what do I do?

We can only offer returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, non-defective items. Please email us at stating the reason for your return and your order number and our Customer Care Team will be able to assist.

Once we have received your return and inspected the items, we will be able to process the return. Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website. Products purchased through a retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way able to refund used goods that are not defective. Please keep each product in its undamaged packaging (unless defective) if you wish to return it. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the products we sell, it’s very simple to tell if a product has been used. Please respect our policies, and we will always do our best to resolve any problem or issue you have with your product. Furthermore, if your item was purchased on Amazon, then please contact us through Amazon's Messaging Service to arrange your return/refund. We are unable to handle and process returns for products purchased via Amazon unless you contact us through the Amazon interface.
