How much does UK shipping cost?
We offer £2.50 standard UK shipping (limited tracking) on all orders under £15.
You will receive free shipping when you spend £15.
If you need to receive your order as soon as possible, we also offer a tracked service for £4.99. Please aim to order before 1pm for your order to be dispatched the same day.
COVID-19 and deliveries.
Your order will be dispatched from Q+A within the normal time frame of 48 hours, however carriers like Royal Mail may suffer with delays from reduced staffing, and high demand. Allow 2-5 days longer than normal for your delivery should it be delayed, especially if you are ordering from outside of the UK.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders should be dispatched within 1 business day and then delivered between 1-3 business days. So all in all, as quick as possible! Please use the tracking number sent in your despatch email to track your order. Please note our standard service is not trackable until delivery is attempted by Royal Mail.
We’d love to say all orders will be with you within 2-3 business days but we need to account for the post man being a little slow sometimes! Please sit tight and if you’re feeling restless then don’t hesitate to drop us an email at email@example.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Our standard rate for EU shipping is £5, please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive. We have currently paused EU shipping due to new shipping restrictions, but are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Our standard rate for rest of the world shipping is £10.
If you are shipping to Australia, please visit our dedicated Australian site! Standard tracked shipping is $6.50 all orders.
If you are shipping to the US, please use our dedicated US site! Standard tracked shipping is $6 on all orders.
Can I send parts of my order to a different address?
Unfortunately, if you wish to do this, you will simply have to place separate orders.
When will my order be sent?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday all year round, excluding bank holidays.
Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, we currently ship to anywhere in the world. If you are having any problems, please get in touch.
How do I receive Free Delivery offers and other promotions?

I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
Please contact Q+A directly for orders placed at qandaskin.com. If you ordered through one of our stockists, please contact their support team. But please remember, all orders are processed Monday through till Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
I want to return my item, what do I do?
You will receive a full refund on unused non-defective items and used or unused defective items, but please do email us at stating the reason why you are returning the item(s), or we may be unable to process your return.

Once on the page, click “box/bag” then “yes” kindly add in your address then click “make your label”. If you do not have access to a printer, please ask at your local post office to print this for you.
International: please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any international returns.
PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way able to refund used goods that are not defective. Please keep each product in its undamaged packaging (unless defective) if you wish to return it. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the products we sell it’s very simple to tell if a product has been used. Please respect our policies and we will always do our best to resolve any problem or issue you have with your product. Furthermore, if your item was purchased on Amazon, then please contact us through Amazon's Messaging Service to arrange your return/refund. We are unable to handle and process returns for products purchased via Amazon unless you contact us through the Amazon interface.
